• No Binding Contract: Submitting an online lead form or requesting a “Free Quote” through the Site does not establish a legally binding installation or construction contract.

• On-Site Assessments: All final, legally binding contracts, pricing agreements, and structural specs require a signed, physical or secure electronic contract following an official on-site assessment by an authorized Econowise estimator.

• Location Constraints: Online requests are processed based on our regional availability across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. We reserve the right to decline quote requests outside of our active service boundaries.

5. Material Warranties and Workmanship Disclaimer

Our website references specific structural protections, such as our 10-year warranty on material finishes and our 5-year installation workmanship warranty.
